hotel is centrally located, in front there are all kinds of shops and town square is only two blocks away, staff is very polite and friendly and they offer all kinds of services, swimming pool was excellent, it was very hot and this helps to cool you down, bad thing is that Villahermosa is full of mosquitoes for about an hour into the night. American breakfast included in the reservation is super complete and that is appreciated, air conditioning works very well and check in and check out is super practical and fast. rooms are clean and have food and beverage service to the room or in the pool. I would stay at this hotel again. By the way, don't forget to visit the museums, are highly recommended.

I traveled with my family; children, adults, seniors and we all found the beds a little hard, as well as the pillows and mattresses a little tired, from there on everything is perfect.

I booked a double room, it was cool and complete with hot breakfast and very clean bathroom, as for instance. The food was good, excellent service.

The room was clean renewed and available with 2 double beds as well as very clean bathroom. The check in was early, the staff was polite. The service was excellent and the pool was nice. Could use their free parking. Location: the hotel was not far from a good location for walking around and Villahermosa and shops and food.
